Stuck somewhere? Below are the fastest ways to get unstuck.
Common questions
- I can't sign in.
- Make sure you're using the same provider (Apple / Google / email) you originally signed up with. If the issue persists, email support.
- An offer disappeared.
- Offers are published by restaurants and can be limited in quantity or time. If you believe it's a bug, send us a screenshot.
- How do I delete my account?
- Inside the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. We permanently erase your data within 30 days.
- My QR scan failed at the counter.
- Ask the staff to refresh the scanner; if it still doesn't work, take a photo of the offer screen and email us, we'll honour the deal.
Status
If the app feels broken, it might be us. We’ll post any incident to info@biteme-app.com replies; a public status page is on the roadmap.
