Common questions
I can't sign in.
Make sure you're using the same provider (Apple / Google / email) you originally signed up with. If the issue persists, email support.
An offer disappeared.
Offers are published by restaurants and can be limited in quantity or time. If you believe it's a bug, send us a screenshot.
How do I delete my account?
Inside the app: Account → Settings → Delete account. We permanently erase your data within 30 days.
My QR scan failed at the counter.
Ask the staff to refresh the scanner; if it still doesn't work, take a photo of the offer screen and email us, we'll honour the deal.
Status

If the app feels broken, it might be us. We’ll post any incident to info@biteme-app.com replies; a public status page is on the roadmap.
